"If your house could talk what story would it tell?"

We offer house history research to private home and property owners as well as realtors. The end product is a hand-bound coffee table book about the history of your home or property for our top-drawer packages.

The process involves researching and writing the history of your property and presenting the resulting text, along with professionally taken photographs of your house, garden and immediate neighbourhood. The results of our property history research are then assembled and printed professionally in 8w x 10h inch (20 x 25 cm) format on 80# semi-matte printing paper and bound into a black hardback linen-covered book and wrapped with a 4-colour printed dust jacket.

Some of the properties in St. Catharines for which we have completed histories for clients are:

25 Academy Street
109 Albert Street
5 Edmund Street
181 Geneva Street
187 Geneva Street (residential & commercial)
175 King Street
31 Raymond Street
53 Scott Street (residential & commercial)
53 Wellington Street
