      "I suppose William Hyland, who married my father's sister, Harriet, first occupied the "Willow Tap" about the turn of the century and continued in occupation until his wife, my aunt, died just before World War Two, the "Willow Tap" stands in Church Road about twenty yards from the Church....a well was bored between the two pubs [Willow Tap and The Albion], which was their only source of water until 1936 or so."
