Hi,
Thank you for your e-mail. I've taken a look at the entry and the
writing in the left hand column does not appear to refer to an RCE, but
rather to a 'Clerical Error' in one of the columns, although the writing
is so faint I am unable to make out which column. I hope this is of some
help.

There is writing in the left-hand margin next to this certificate that I
am unable to read. I would appreciate it if you would advise me what
the writing says and if there is a "Register of Corrected Entries"
available, should the same be referred to in the illegible portion.
