      Description
      (1) Evidences given by James Fry, Servant to John Rossiter of Taunton St Mary, and John Rossiter concerning the theft of a hay peek belonging to John Rossiter and charging Humphry Upham [of West Monkton?] with the said theft. Also evidence given by Humphry Upham denying the said theft. (2) Evidence given by Elizabeth, Wife of John Holmes of Bradford on Tone, Clerk, against Nicholas Rotherton of Trull for assaulting and beating her husband. Also evidence given by Nicholas Rotherton denying the same. JP: Edward Courte.
