  • Notes
    • The fifth child of George and Elizabeth Tamar Streeter, Edward spent most of his working life as a lathrender. That was the occupation given on his marriage to Catherine Funnell in 1858 and at each census enumeration through 1891.

In 1861 Edward, Catherine and their first son, Edward Bennett Streeter, Junior, were living at Stone Cottages, Faversham. There they had two more children: Jenette and John.

By 1871 the family had moved to Dover where three more children were born: Louisa, Lydia and Arthur. The family resurfaced in Hougham in time for the 1881 census.
