| Notes |
- Canterbury marriage licence issued 30 July 1730 says "Edith Milsted, widow and Thomas Simpson, widower, both of Faversham".
I suspect that Edith married for a third time on 3 October, 1742 at Faversham. That entry reads "Ede Simpson and Edmund Spice of Minster, Sheppey, by licence". Unfortunately when I had access to the marriage licences of that time period I was not looking for any Simpson marriages and so that licence was not recorded among my notes.
