      STRICKLER, Peter A. “Sandy” - Suddenly as the result of an accident, on Friday April 19th, 2013. Peter Alexander Strickler “Sandy” of RR#3 Embro, at the age of 42. Cherished father of Kyra. Beloved son of Jim and Susie (nee McDonald) Strickler. Much loved brother of Laurie (Greg) Brodhagen and their children Leah and Matthew; Rick (Julie) Strickler and their children Melissa (Brian) Evers and their daughter Amelia, Tyler (Katrina), R.J. and Kassandra; Jim Strickler; Dave (Stacey) Strickler and their children Dylan and Danyka; Jennifer (Ron) Zandbergen and their children Riley, Gerrit, Kyle and Mandalyn; Chris (Marian) Strickler and their children Kali, Jensen and Taylor. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Sandy was an avid hunter and a dedicated employee with BDL Trucking. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The complete funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday April 24th at 3pm with Rev. James Knott of Knox Presbyterian Church, Embro officiating. Cremation to follow.
