- Charles Dimond was a Cheesemonger by trade and operated a cheese shop at 2 Chenies St ., London, from at least 1807 when he appears as an occupier of the property, then owned by Mary Stephens, through 1827, after which time, it appears that his son, Charles Dimond, Jr. took over management of the property.
